About
Azahar picked up 3DS emulation after Citra was discontinued, merging the Lime3DS and PabloMK7 forks into one project. It runs the large majority of the 3DS library with resolution scaling, custom textures and the usual conveniences.
No games, firmware or keys are included. Dumps come from your own 3DS, and encrypted dumps need the AES keys dumped from your own console. The project is deliberately strict about this.
- Continuation of Citra with the major forks merged
- Resolution scaling, custom textures and layouts
- System applications with your own console data
- Active development
What you need
The emulator contains none of this. It comes from hardware you own and stays on your machine.
Dumps from your own 3DS
Game dumps made with your own console. Encrypted dumps also need the AES keys dumped from that console.
Setup
- 1
Extract the archive (or run the installer) and open Azahar.
- 2
If your dumps are encrypted, place the keys dumped from your own console where the setup guide indicates.
- 3
Add the folder holding your dumps and double-click a game to start it.
