Emulators
Open-source emulators, pinned to their upstream releases.
The same rule as the ports: open code, no game content, no console firmware or keys. Every download below points at the project's own GitHub release and carries a pinned SHA-256 you can check on the verify page. Dumps, BIOS files and keys come from hardware you own, and each page says exactly which ones a system needs.
