About
simple64 strips Nintendo 64 emulation down to what matters. It builds on mupen64plus with the ParaLLEl RDP and RSP cores, which emulate the real graphics hardware rather than approximating it, so games render the way they did on the console. There are no plugins to choose and nothing to tune.
No games are included. You load ROM dumps of cartridges you own. For the N64 ports in this catalog, this is the emulator to compare against.
- Accurate rendering through ParaLLEl RDP and RSP
- No plugin configuration
- Built-in netplay with low latency
- Automatic updates
What you need
The emulator contains none of this. It comes from hardware you own and stays on your machine.
